Ray Gallego

Director of Facilities

Ray Started with Mary’s Mercy Center in May 2020 as the Director of Mary’s Village. In June 2021, he transitioned to the Director of Facilities role for Mary’s Mercy Center. As Director of Facilities, Ray ensures that all MMC facilities are well maintained, clean and ready to support our clients, guests, staff and volunteers. Prior to MMC, Ray worked for a private college as Director of Operations for 16 years. His primary assignment was reporting on the progression of the students and alumni to the State of California, in addition to ensuring that the students and staff had the latest and most imaginative technological software. Before his role with the college, Ray worked in the architecture industry.

Ray is very passionate about his faith and was ordained as a Deacon for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in June of 2019. Therefore, working at MMC, and for our guests and residents, aligns with his “Passion for Action” through the “Beatitudes from Jesus.” Ray has been married for 37 years and has three children. He has lived in the Inland Empire for 20 years.
